Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Staff Nurse with 3-4 years of clinical experience to join our nursing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred; an Associate’s degree is acceptable.
• Valid nursing license
• 2-4years of nursing experience in [specific area, e.g., medical-surgical, pediatrics, ICU].
• Strong clinical skills and a thorough understanding of nursing practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work effectively as part of a team.
• Current CPR and BLS certifications; ACLS certification is a plus.
