School Nurse

Key Responsibilities1. Student Health Care

• Provide first aid and immediate medical assistance to students and staff.
• Attend to minor injuries, illness, and health complaints during school hours.
• Monitor students with existing medical conditions (asthma, allergies, etc.).
• Maintain updated medical records of students.

2. Emergency Management

• Handle medical emergencies calmly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with parents and hospital authorities in case of serious illness/injury.
• Maintain emergency contact details and medical kits.

3. Health Records & Documentation

• Maintain individual student health files.
• Record daily visits to the medical room.
• Track immunization records.
• Prepare health reports when required.

4. Preventive Health & Awareness

• Conduct health check-up camps in coordination with management.
• Promote hygiene and health awareness among students.
• Educate students about nutrition, personal hygiene, and safety.

5. Medical Room Management

• Ensure medical room cleanliness and readiness.
• Maintain stock of medicines and first-aid supplies.
• Ensure proper storage of medicines as per guidelines.

6. Compliance & Policy

• Follow school health policies and safety protocols.
• Maintain confidentiality of student medical information.
• Assist in implementing health and safety guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
