School Nurse - Part time (.60)

This part time position is suited for a School Nurse to provide exceptional care to PreK - Grade 2students. Additionally, supports the nursing staff facilitating the school health program. Certification as a School Nurse through the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education preferred. Previous MA public school Health Services experience preferred. - RN required.

• BSN required
• Excellent organizational, collaborative and communication skills required
• DESE licensure (or in progress)
• Current Certification in MA BMI, Hearing, Vision, Scoliosis, and SBIRT screening from BUShield (or in progress)
• Current Certification in Medication Administration In the MA School Setting (or in progress)
• Be available on short notice to work all three district school day shifts
• Move seamlessly between several schools as needed sometimes in the same day.
