Why TEA?

  • Benefit from progressive policies that prioritize well-being, flexibility, and professional development.
  • Build a fulfilling career with opportunities for growth, learning, and impact in the not-for-profit sector.

About the Future Pathways Program
Future Pathways is a key initiative within selected schools of specialised education that helps Grade 12 students prepare for their chosen future pathways, i.e. finding and preparing for the right college. The program focuses on:

  • Providing test-prep and academic support through partner organisations aligned to students’ intended pathways
  • Ensuring structured counselling and guidance support through a partnered organisation
  • Tracking progress to help students transition smoothly beyond school

About the Role
We are looking for a school operations associate to work closely with the Program Manager, Future Pathways, to manage daily operations, coordinate with schools, and ensure the timely achievement of milestones. The associate will play a key role in supporting communication between school leaders, teachers, and government stakeholders, as well as tracking implementation progress across the selected government schools.

This is a strong opportunity for individuals who want hands-on experience in education program management, government engagement, and student support systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Coordination
  • Support the Program Manager in managing the daily workflow of the Future Pathways program across the schools.
  • Track progress of student test prep and counselling milestones.
  • School and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Communicate regularly with Heads of Schools (HoS), teachers, and officials.
  • Follow up on action items and coordinate responses from schools.
  • Data Management
  • Maintain trackers and dashboards for school-wise progress on test prep, counselling sessions, and student outcomes.
  • Compile and analyse data for internal reporting.
  • Communication & Documentation
  • Prepare summaries, meeting notes, and presentation decks.
  • Document best practices and learnings from the field.
  • Operational Support
  • Assist in planning reviews, meetings, and field visits.
  • Ensure smooth execution of student engagement and counselling activities.

Skills and Qualifications
Depending on qualifications, we will give preference to someone with a strong interest in education, social impact or public policy. The role is suited for anyone who is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with coordination across multiple stakeholders.
