School Operations Intern

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented School Operations Intern to join our team. The intern will play a key role in managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, and providing operations support to ensure smooth execution of processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with facilitators for smooth program delivery
• Handling and managing WhatsApp groups for communication
• Updating and maintaining operational files and trackers
• Calling schools to schedule and set up meetings
• Assisting in backend operations and day-to-day tasks
• Assist with execution of school events
• Work on school program report generation

Requirements:

• Graduate or currently pursuing a degree
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Willing to travel within Bangalore for school events and quizzes.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
