Position: Principal

Location: S.S. Children Academy, Jaipur

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated, dynamic, and experienced Principal to lead and manage our school. The Principal will be responsible for ensuring academic excellence, maintaining discipline, fostering teacher development, engaging with parents, and supporting the overall growth of the school.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong academic leadership and ensure high teaching standards.
• Supervise and guide teachers in lesson planning, teaching methods, and activity-based learning.
• Monitor student progress, discipline, and overall development.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and ensure smooth school operations.
• Build positive relationships with parents through regular communication and PTMs.
• Organize school events, functions, and cultural/academic activities.
• Ensure compliance with RBSE/education board norms and school policies.
• Manage daily administration and coordinate with management for school growth and admissions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Education or related field (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching or leadership experience in a school.
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle parents, staff, and students effectively.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English & Hindi.
• Should be disciplined, punctual, and passionate about education
