Principal – ICSE School (Female Only)

Location: Bhopal
Classes: Pre-Primary to Class 12
Qualification: Postgraduate + B.Ed/M.Ed
Experience: 8–15 years (including 3–5 years in school leadership)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall academic & administrative operations of the ICSE school.
• Ensure effective implementation of ICSE curriculum, teaching standards, and student performance.
• Supervise & mentor teachers, conduct training, and manage staff across all sections.
• Oversee examinations, discipline, safety, and daily school management.
• Maintain ICSE documentation, inspection readiness, and parent communication.
• Drive admissions, co-curricular activities, and holistic student development.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of ICSE norms and school leadership.
• Excellent English communication & team management skills.
• Confident decision-making and organizational abilities.

Eligibility:

• Female candidates only
• Postgraduate + B.Ed/M.Ed (mandatory)
• Preferably from ICSE school background.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
