What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Empower Students: Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students, addressing emotional and behavioral needs.
  • Strengthen Community: Partner with families, teachers, and administrators to create a safe, healthy, and supportive school culture.
  • Conduct Insightful Assessments: Use comprehensive assessment methods to understand student needs and guide educational planning.
  • Data-Driven Interventions: Utilize data-driven, evidence-based practices to develop interventions that make a real difference.
  • Collaborate & Network: Build lasting connections with community-based organizations to support our students and families.

Job Qualifications
  • NYS Certification: Valid New York State School Psychologist certificate (P-12).
  • Assessment Expert: Comprehensive knowledge and experience in conducting psychoeducational evaluations.
  • Passionate Communicator: Skilled at networking, partnering, and establishing positive, supportive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Evidence-Based Practitioner: Demonstrates strong skills in data-driven decision-making and modern intervention techniques.
