Serve as secretary to the principal, to include, but not limited to taking phone calls and answering inquiries.
Bookkeeper responsible for the recording of transactions to accounts receivable and payable. Enter data on computer and produce computer-generated reports. Perform other tasks consistent with the goals and objectives of these positions.
Applicants must have a high school or equivalent. Experience in secretarial procedures and basic bookkeeping; experience with McAleer accounting system preferred. Employment contingent on applicant receiving a clear background check and ability to be bonded.
