Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Social Worker/Case Manager to join our educational team. Responsibilities

- Connect students and families with community resources such as child protective services, mental health agencies, or child welfare programs.
- Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to support behavioral health initiatives and inclusive classroom strategies.
- Advocate for students’ rights and needs within the school system, ensuring compliance with child welfare laws and regulations.
- Conduct culturally sensitive counseling sessions that respect diversity and promote positive behavioral change.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of child protective services procedures, crisis management techniques, and behavioral health practices.
- Experience working with children in educational or social service settings, including special education environments.
- Excellent crisis intervention skills with the ability to manage high-stress situations calmly and effectively.
