Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven School Software Sales Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in the education sector, preferably in promoting school-related products, edtech solutions, or educational services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with schools, institutions, and other stakeholders while effectively positioning and marketing our educational offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and visit potential schools/institutions for product positioning and outreach.
• Promote and market education products/services tailored for schools and students.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers like principals, school owners, and coordinators.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and marketing campaigns at client locations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Analyze market insights and competitor strategies to refine marketing efforts.
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution, content, deliveries, and post-sale support.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or sales in the education domain (e.g., school products, edtech, learning materials, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory for campaigns and product launches.
• Self-motivated with a strategic marketing mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or any related discipline (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with school management or education consultants.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, and campaign reporting.
