- Design and Deliver Lessons: Teachers plan and prepare lessons according to the curriculum, using a variety of methods to cater to different learning styles.
- Create Educational Content: They develop and distribute assignments, notes, and other materials to support learning.
- Assess and Evaluate: Teachers evaluate student progress through assessments, quizzes, and assignments, providing constructive feedback and grades.
Classroom Environment & Student Development
- Foster a Positive Environment: They establish a safe, organized, and positive classroom where students feel supported and encouraged to participate.
- Manage Student Behavior: Teachers set rules and expectations, manage behavior effectively, and address disruptions to ensure a productive learning space.
- Provide Mentorship and Support: Teachers act as mentors and role models, offering guidance, encouragement, and support to help students grow both academically and personally.
Collaboration & Professionalism
- Communicate with Stakeholders: They collaborate with other teachers, parents, and support staff, holding meetings and maintaining open communication about student progress.
- Participate in Professional Development: Teachers attend seminars and conferences to update their subject knowledge and improve teaching skills.
