WADI ALSAHAB FOR MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCIES CO. is recruiting an experienced Primary School Teacher to join our on-site faculty team in the UAE. This role requires a classroom-focused educator who can create an engaging learning environment, deliver structured lessons, and track student progress to drive measurable improvement.
Role & Responsibilities

Plan and deliver age-appropriate, standards-aligned lessons that engage primary-level learners across core subjects (English, Maths, Science, and Social Studies).

Create formative and summative assessments, track learning outcomes, and use data to adapt instruction and close learning gaps.

Implement differentiated instruction and scaffolded activities to meet diverse learning needs and support EAL students where applicable.

Maintain positive classroom management, establish clear routines, and foster a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Communicate regularly with parents and guardians on student progress, behaviour, and development; participate in parent-teacher conferences.

Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, school events, and professional development initiatives to support whole-school goals.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field and a recognised teaching qualification/certificate.

Valid teaching certification or equivalent recognized by UAE authorities or an international accrediting body.

Proven classroom teaching experience at primary/elementary level in a school setting.

Strong lesson-planning and assessment skills with experience using data to drive instruction.

Experience with digital learning platforms and tools (e.g., Google Classroom, interactive whiteboards).

Fluency in English; strong written and verbal communication for parent and staff interaction.
Preferred

Experience with international curricula (British, IB, or American standards).

Additional certifications such as TESOL/TEFL or specialization in Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Experience integrating project-based learning and inquiry-led pedagogy.
