About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher for our Model Colony campus. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, supporting students’ academic and social development, and creating a positive classroom environment that encourages learning and participation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the curriculum.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies based on individual learning needs.
• Maintain effective classroom management using positive and respectful behavior practices.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and development.
• Work collaboratively with school leadership and fellow teachers to improve teaching quality and student outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required. (A B.Ed. or degree in Early Childhood or Primary Education will be preferred).
• At least 1 year of teaching experience at the primary school level.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and student-centered teaching practices.
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to child development.
