Science Communicator

Position: Science Communicator – Mumbai Biocluster (on-site and full time)

Mumbai Biocluster is looking for passionate and articulate Science Communicators to support and lead communication activities across our scientific conferences, workshops, training programs, and industry–academia events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate complex scientific concepts in biotechnology, biopharmaceuticals, synthetic biology, and emerging technologies into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Moderate sessions, conduct speaker interviews and podcasts, and support panel discussions during events.
• Develop scientific summaries, speaker briefs, session notes, newsletters, and post-event reports.
• Create high-quality content for LinkedIn, websites, brochures, and other outreach platforms.
• Interact with scientists, industry leaders, regulators, and innovators to shape impactful narratives.
• Support branding and positioning of Mumbai Biocluster initiatives through strategic communication.

Who Should Apply:

• Candidates with a background in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences, or related disciplines.
• Individuals with strong scientific understanding and the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and confidence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Prior experience in science writing, content creation, event moderation, podcasting, or digital engagement will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
