SCIENCE & STEM LAB IN-CHARGE

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative STEAM In-charge to lead our Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will inspire creativity, critical thinking, and innovation across the school community by integrating hands-on, inquiry-based learning into classrooms and specialized programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate STEAM principles and the Engineering Design Process into classroom learning.
• Design and lead engaging STEAM projects, clubs, and weekend programs (robotics, coding, 3D printing, design thinking, etc.).
• Conduct teacher training and develop lesson guides, rubrics, and interdisciplinary projects.
• Mentor students for national/international STEAM competitions and exhibitions.
• Manage the STEAM lab, resources, procurement, and safe use of equipment.
• Collaborate with school leadership to shape the STEAM vision and build external partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, STEAM, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in teaching or coordinating STEAM-related programs.
• Background in robotics, coding, maker spaces, or engineering design is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and innovation skills.

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
