About the RoleWe are seeking a professional &amp; organized Front Desk Officer to join our school administration team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for parents, students, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front office environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and assist parents, students, visitors, and staff in a professional manner.</li><li>Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.</li><li>Manage visitor registrations and maintain front desk records.</li><li>Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information regarding school procedures.</li><li>Coordinate communication between parents, teachers, and administrative departments.</li><li>Maintain student attendance records related to late arrivals and early departures.</li><li>Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.</li><li>Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable at all times.</li><li>Provide administrative support to school management and departments.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor/ Master's degree from a recognized institution.</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of experience in reception, customer service, or administration (school experience preferred).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Professional and supportive work environment.</li><li>Opportunities for learning and growth.</li><li>Competitive salary package based on qualifications and experience.</li></ul>Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
