Front Desk Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a professional & organized Front Desk Officer to join our school administration team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for parents, students, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist parents, students, visitors, and staff in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Manage visitor registrations and maintain front desk records.
  • Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information regarding school procedures.
  • Coordinate communication between parents, teachers, and administrative departments.
  • Maintain student attendance records related to late arrivals and early departures.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable at all times.
  • Provide administrative support to school management and departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor/ Master's degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in reception, customer service, or administration (school experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
