Scientific Office Manager

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Scientific Office Manager to join our expanding team. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving excellence in scientific and medical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, maintaining ethical standards in all scientific and medical activities.
• Verify that all marketing materials (e.g., drug indications, safety profiles, dosage instructions) meet approved regulatory guidelines.
• Provide accurate drug information to healthcare providers, pharmacists, caregivers, and patients.
• Contribute to health awareness campaigns and educational initiatives within the medical community.
• Support scientific research collaborations, including bioequivalence studies when needed.
• Oversee the registration of pharmaceutical products in coordination with Regulatory Affairs.
• Manage and track the distribution of free samples for registered drugs in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor product quality, safety, and effectiveness, and communicate any issues to Regulatory Affairs and appropriate authorities.
• Ensure that packaging and patient information leaflets are up-to-date and aligned with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to safeguard patents and manufacturing rights.
