Scientific Programs & Communications Lead

We’re Hiring: Scientific Programs & Communications Lead (3–5 Years Experience)

We are looking for a dynamic, scientifically driven professional to lead scientific program development, corporate communications, digital strategy, and stakeholder engagement within the Life Sciences / Biotech / Biopharma ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and structure high-impact conferences, workshops & scientific forums
• Engage and onboard industry experts, scientists & regulatory leaders
• Drive corporate communications, branding & media outreach
• Lead digital strategy (LinkedIn, website, newsletters, content campaigns)
• Manage event promotion, documentation & impact reporting
• Support sponsorships, CSR outreach & strategic partnerships
• Monitor analytics and optimize engagement strategies
• Lead and coordinate a team of 4–5 members

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong scientific background (Life Sciences / Biotech / Biopharma mandatory)
• Excellent communication & program structuring skills
• Ownership mindset with cross-functional coordination ability
• Master’s degree preferred
