. Education Qualification : Engineering / Dip / Any graduates
Number of Years of Experience : 6-8 years of confirmed service.
Professional Exposure : Knowledge in Production scheduling/Control
Skill & Knowledge requirement : Excellent oral and written communication is must. Knowledge in ERP systems, Inventory management, Analytical Skills & Knowledge of MS Office.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Hands on experience in ERP and other material management systems.
Possesses good computer skills.
Demonstrates interpersonal skills and leadership potential
. Handling team of 1-2 team members for completing daily activates.
- Monthly OP Planning in collaboration with Regional planning team
- Deriving Day wise Production plan for Engine Assembly and Machine shop taking into consideration the OP Plan, FG Inventory Norms for Engines as well as machined 3C, Optimum capacity utilization & NPD planning considering Power & LOH cost impact, accommodation of Dragon prebuilds.
- Program to Program plan fluctuation analysis
- Given the increasing number of Engine variants, optimization of variant wise batch production planning to have optimum cost and FG inventory
- Strengthening the Production Control process in the context of release stability (excluding external factors of Program volumes changes) within A to C window.
Ensure FCSD shipment as per schedules.

Zero customer line stoppage.
Higher inventory turns.
Lean FG inventory in plant.
100% adherence to shipping schedule.
Zero over shipment.
Best in class systems and procedures implementation.
