SCM Business Support Consultant (Oracle EBS SCM)

We are seeking an experienced SCM Business Support Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Supply Chain Management to support business operations, process improvements, and system enhancements. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to optimize Oracle EBS SCM processes and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Oracle EBS SCM modules and related business processes.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend process improvements.
• Identify and resolve system, process, and data-related issues.
• Prepare business requirement documents (BRD) and functional specifications.
• Coordinate with IT teams for system enhancements and new feature implementations.
• Perform testing and user acceptance validation for system changes.
• Support automation initiatives and process optimization projects.
• Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics.
• Conduct user training sessions and support change management activities.
• Monitor operational performance and recommend continuous improvements.

Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Oracle EBS SCM applications.
• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Oracle iProcurement
• Purchasing
• Sourcing
• Order Management
• Inventory
• Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Experience with Services Procurement and Mobile Supply Chain modules is preferred.
• Oracle SCM Cloud experience is an advantage.
• Strong business analysis, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in business process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable business recommendations.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and IT teams.
