Cost Management and Analysis:

1. Spend Analysis – Identifying opportunities for cost reduction, Spending patterns across different categories, suppliers, and business units.

2. Standard Cost Estimate – Input Validation | Comparison Budget vs SCE

3. Material Variance Analysis – Budget vs Actual Comparison. Variance and Reasoning

4. Sourcing Savings – WOW/Alchemy –Potential Savings Validation, Updating of Actuals and Monitoring

Inventory Management and Analysis:

1. Inventory Planning – Understanding the Production Cycle and defining Month wise Inventory Norms.

2. Inventory Reporting - Month end Inventory. Norms vs Actual, Stock Ageing and Surplus Trend

3. Inventory Analysis, Review and Monitoring. – Month end Inventory. Surplus Inventory Analysis. Stock Ageing and Provisioning Impact. Monthly Review within the Function.

Digitization:

1. Enabling the Sourcing Process – Material Budgeting. Material Variance Analysis, Inventory Analysis through Digitization and Digitalization.

2. Collaborate with SAP Team, Business Intelligence and Analytics Team on Development of Customized Query/Reports and Dashboards on all the Sourcing Process Improvements.

3. Continuously driving for Improvement and Optimizing through Simplification and Standardization, in the Sourcing Processes.

Compliance Management:

1. Co-ordination with Internal and External Auditors on P2P Process and Statutory Audits

• Inventory Prediction for Next Three Months based on Receipts and Consumption.
• Development of Real time Inventory Monitoring Dashboard

· Understanding the Sourcing Process and providing appropriate Digital Solutions

• Collaboration with Digital / IT / Analytics Team in bringing out the Solution as per Business Requirement

· Demand Visibility - GCL Report in BI Dashboard

• Demand vs Capacity - Vendor load Chart - BI Dashboard
• Material Budgeting with Real time Material Cost - SAP & BI
• Inventory BI Dashboard - Prediction of Inventory - Next Three Months
