About the Role
Our shop runs 4 automatic presses, 2 manual presses, and six heat presses. We are hiring a Screen Print Manager to lead our high-volume operation, ensuring efficiency, color consistency, press maintenance, and team development.
Responsibilities
- Manage screen printing teams, schedules, and press assignments
- Ensure accurate setup, registration, color matching, and output
- Train new press operators and press assistants
- Maintain inventory of inks, screens, emulsions, and tools
- Coordinate with the art team on job approvals
- Oversee cleanliness, safety, and efficiency of the department
Requirements
- 5+ years screen printing experience (auto & manual presses)
- 2+ years team leadership or management experience
- Strong knowledge of plastisol, water-based, discharge, and puff inks
- Ability to troubleshoot print and registration issues
- Experience managing print queues and production schedules
Salary Range
$58,000 – $80,000 per year, depending on experience

Requirements
- Proven experience in screen printing management or a related field within high-volume apparel production.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team of creatives.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
