SeaSide Silk Screening is one of the fastest-growing contract screen print and embroidery shops in North Carolina. We’re expanding and hiring full-time and part-time team members now.

Pay

• $16.00/hour starting (no experience)
• Experienced candidates (Embroidery or Auto Screen Printing) with years of trade skill or leadership — let’s talk. Competitive pay based on your background. Bigger shop. Modern equipment. Better systems.

Shifts

• Standard: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Floating / flexible shifts available — flexibility is a big plus!

What You’ll Do (Entry Level)

• Get trained on embroidery and screen print support roles while working side-by-side with experienced teammates
• Load/catch, assist with setups and takedowns
• Prep orders, layout, count, QA, finish, and box
• Move screens, garments, and supplies to keep production flowing
• Clean screens with a pressure washer and maintain equipment
• Keep the shop clean and running smoothly

Requirements

• Reliable, detail-obsessed, and quality-focused
• Strong work ethic and consistent attendance record
• Basic computer skills (email + browser); production software experience is a huge plus
• Comfortable on your feet 5–6 hours and lifting 40 lbs repeatedly
• Private transportation required (no public transit)
• Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on, get-dirty production environment
