Team Member/Content Creator

Our brand lives at the intersection of celebration, creativity, and hip hop—and we’re looking for a content creator who can bring that to life online and in-store.

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a creative, trend-savvy Content Creator who can capture, edit, and publish engaging content that drives traffic, builds brand awareness, and converts followers into customers. If you live on social media, understand viral moments, and know how to make content pop—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and post engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Shoot short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) in-store and on location
• Capture balloon setups, customer experiences, and behind-the-scenes footage
• Edit videos, add music, captions, and trending effects
• Stay on top of trends and adapt them to fit the Hip Hop Heliums brand
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand voice
• Engage with followers, comments, and messages

Qualifications:

• Proven experience creating content for social media (portfolio required)
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools)
• Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies
• Creative eye for visuals, branding, and storytelling
• Comfortable being on camera and directing others on camera
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

• Photography experience
• Graphic design skills
• Experience working with retail or lifestyle brands

Pay: $15.00 per hour
