Screen Printing Operator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Screen Printing Operator to join our creative production team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality screen printing processes on various apparel and promotional products. Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare screen printing equipment, including selecting appropriate screens, inks, and squeegees for each job
• Operate manual and automatic screen printing machines efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
• Inspect printed products for color accuracy, registration, and overall print quality, making adjustments as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure safety and optimal production flow
• Collaborate with design teams to understand artwork specifications and troubleshoot any printing issues
• Manage inventory of inks, screens, and other supplies to prevent delays in production schedules
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for inks, chemicals, and equipment

Qualifications

• Proven experience in screen printing or related manufacturing roles with a strong understanding of print processes
• Knowledge of digital design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar tools
• Familiarity with graphic design principles including typography, color theory, layout design, and visual aesthetics
• Ability to interpret artwork files and prepare them for printing with precision
• Basic understanding of related skills like photography, motion graphics, web design, or 3D animation is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
