Are you detail-oriented with strong communication skills and fluent in the Saudi dialect?
We’re looking for Screeners based in Egypt to join our remote team and support our hiring process by engaging with candidates professionally.

️ Important: This role is strictly for candidates with native-level Saudi dialect fluency. Applications that do not meet this requirement will not be considered.

Role Overview:

As a Screener, you will play a key role in the recruitment process by conducting initial interviews, evaluating candidates, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.
• Assess candidate qualifications and communication skills.
• Coordinate interview schedules with shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and feedback.
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

• Based in Egypt.
• Native-level fluency in Saudi dialect (Mandatory).
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in recruitment or customer interaction is a plus.
