What You’ll Do

● Write YouTube scripts, ad scripts, short-form scripts, and storytelling-based video narratives in both Urdu and English, with an appealing, audience-first tone

● Research Pakistan real estate trends, project updates, market insights & investor behavior

● Write social media captions, ad copy, taglines, hooks & scroll-stopping intro lines

● Create content aligned with the algorithms of YouTube, Facebook, TikTok & Instagram

● Craft scripts for Reels, Shorts, and ad campaigns with strong hooks & CTAs

● Work closely with the video editing + marketing team to shape high-retention content

● Repurpose long-form research into short, powerful, platform-specific content

● Write content that builds trust, retention, watch time & conversions

Skills & Knowledge You MUST Have

● Strong grip on Pakistan’s real estate industry, market trends & audience psychology

● Understanding of YouTube algorithm, watch-time tactics & retention strategies

● Ability to write YouTube video scripts, ad copy, and narrative-driven long-form content

● Knowledge of short-form content structure (hook → build-up → payoff → CTA)

● Skill in writing viral-style captions, reels copy, and social-first headlines

● Research-driven writing (fact-based, insightful, and backed by trends)

● Understanding of buyer pain points & investor mindset to write persuasive content
