Scrub Nurse

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Scrub Nurse to join our surgical team. You will be responsible for maintaining a sterile field, preparing surgical instruments, and providing direct assistance to surgeons during procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room and ensure all instruments, equipment, and supplies are sterile and functioning correctly.
• Scrub in for procedures and pass instruments, sutures, and supplies to the surgeon precisely and efficiently.
• Perform accurate counts of sponges, needles, and instruments with the circulating nurse before and after surgery.
• Verify patient identity and surgical site; monitor vitals and support the team in maintaining patient safety throughout the procedure.
• Assist in dressing wounds and transferring the patient safely to the recovery area (PACU).

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: BSN or GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) degree required.
• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Certifications: BLS/ACLS certification

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,143.62 - ₹30,899.18 per month
