FTE Status: Full-Time 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
Work Schedule: Days. Monday-Friday. No weekends or holidays.

As a Scrum Master, you'll be the catalyst for success, empowering teams to:
Embrace agile methodologies: Foster a culture of continuous improvement using both Scrum and Kanban practices.
Break down complex projects: Facilitate clear planning, efficient execution, and transparent delivery of key initiatives.
Collaborate effectively: Coach and guide teams to work cohesively, fostering open communication and shared ownership.
Deliver exceptional value: Remove roadblocks, celebrate wins, and ensure continuous learning and growth within the team.
Become agile champions: Promote agile principles and practices across the organization, influencing cultural change for the better.
Serve up new, IT focused Agile solution teams using advanced concepts and tools.
Perform the role of Scrum Master as defined in the 2020 Scrum Guide TM.
Collaborate with Agile coaches and other Scrum Masters to grow within the role.
Contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.
Participate in and contribute to the Scrum Master Community of Practice.
Establish and communicate team-level metrics.
Support operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
Adheres to regular and predictable attendance.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree: in a related field
Certifications: Professional Scrum Master I (PSM-I) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
At least 1 year of Agile development experience with at least 6 months in a formal Scrum Master role
Experience working in an Agile work management tool such as Azure DevOps Boards (preferred), Jira, or Rally
Experience designing and leading trainings and workshops
Exceptional facilitation skills: Master the art of guiding productive discussions, resolving c onflicts, and fostering team dynamics.
Agile mindset: Embrace transparency, continuous improvement, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Remote Eligible Position: Will consider remote options for those who reside in WI, MN, or IA only.
**Note we have varying levels of Scrum Masters and could potentially higher at a more senior level given candidate experience
