Job Description

Management of deployments, coordination of testing, and documentation of release notes to ensure releases go out in a timely manner.

Facilitating Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint plannings, sprint reviews, and sprint retros.

Required Skills

Experience as an Agile project manager serving multiple teams, providing tasking,

and adjusting to shifting priorities

Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook,

Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Experience performing Scrum duties, including backlog grooming, sprint planning,

standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and program increment (PI) planning

Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Kanban, or Lean-Agile processes

and methodologies, and their application to process improvement

Ability to facilitate and coach a dispersed, cross-functional team in a virtual

environment

Ability to understand complex interdependencies of product delivery and support the

Product Owner with maintaining and executing against product backlogs

Secret clearance

Desired Skills

SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) Certification or Agile certification

Experience working in the Advana Platform
