Scrum Master

Islamabad, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities Scrum & Agile Delivery:

  • Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure the Scrum framework is understood and effectively implemented across teams.
  • Support product owners in managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
  • Remove impediments that hinder team progress and productivity.
  • Coach and mentor teams in Agile principles and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

PMO Coordination & Governance:

  • Align Agile project delivery with organizational PMO processes and standards.
  • Collaborate with the PMO team to track project KPIs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards for leadership visibility.
  • Contribute to risk management, change control, and resource allocation activities.
  • Assist in developing and refining PMO frameworks to support hybrid (Agile + traditional) project environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Coordinator, or Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and PMO governance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, project lifecycle management, and reporting metrics.
