Scrum Master

BlackStone eIT is on the lookout for a dedicated Scrum Master to enhance our agile framework and streamline our project development processes. As a Scrum Master, your primary focus will be to facilitate effective Scrum practices within our teams, ensuring that we maintain high levels of collaboration and communication.

Your role will include guiding the development team through the Scrum framework, managing sprints, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with product owners and stakeholders to align team efforts with project goals while monitoring and optimizing team performance.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coaching the team in agile principles and practices, and driving the adoption of Scrum.
• Ensure transparency and effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
• Identifying and eliminating impediments to progress, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Collaborate with product owners to maintain a well-defined product backlog.
• Promote continuous improvement through feedback loops and iterative processes.
• Track and report key metrics to stakeholders to measure team performance and progress.
