Key Responsibilities:
Agile & Scrum Leadership

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).

Guide teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

Support Agile transformation initiatives within the organization.

Coach teams in SAFe and help coordinate Program Increment (PI) Planning activities across multiple Agile teams.
Technical Leadership
-
Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure smooth delivery of AWS-based solutions.

Assist in identifying technical risks and dependencies and coordinate mitigation strategies.
-
Participate in backlog refinement sessions to ensure technical feasibility and scalability.
Stakeholder & Customer Management

Act as a key liaison between the customer business team, product owners, and technical delivery teams.
-
Translate business needs into actionable user stories and technical deliverables.
-
Manage customer expectations, report progress, and proactively address issues or risks.
-
Drive alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
PI Planning & SAFe Coordination

Facilitate PI Planning events: feature breakdown, capacity planning, risk management, and dependency resolution.

Support release planning and tracking across multiple Scrum teams.

Ensure alignment with ART (Agile Release Train) and cross-functional objectives.
Operational & Shift Support

Should be able to work in the second shift occasionally for PI planning activities to support global stakeholders across different time zones.

Ensure smooth project communication and handoffs between shifts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
-
Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM) or SAFe Scrum Master certification required.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/SAFe environments.

Good technical understanding of AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
-
Experience facilitating PI Planning and managing distributed Agile teams.
-
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience handling customer-facing roles.
-
Knowledge of commercial pharma processes, CRM systems (like Veeva), and data compliance standards would be an added advantage.

Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
-
Ability to work in shifts and manage global delivery teams.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD tools, and cloud automation.

Knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, or other pharma regulatory frameworks.

Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile reporting dashboards.
