Scrum Master

We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery, support teams, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Guide teams in Agile practices, self-organization & delivery
• Remove impediments and protect the team from external disruptions
• Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog refinement
• Track sprint progress, velocity & performance metrics
• Promote Agile mindset and coach stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of Scrum / Agile frameworks
• Proven experience with JIRA, Confluence, Rally or Trello
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, or equivalent Agile certification (preferred).
• Excellent communication, facilitation & conflict resolution
