Product Owner

To help us continue expanding our offerings, we’re in search of an manager with the technical expertise, positive attitude and business acumen necessary to translate business need and objectives into scalable, highly resilient and successful system solutions in public, private sectors and startups.

Objectives of this role:

  • Drive the product- and business-planning processes for cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build-vs.-buy perspective.
  • Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation.
  • Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re met.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
  • Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitated and monitored all Scrum ceremonies to drive project alignment and team efficiency.
  • Developed and managed requirement specification documents (BRD, SRS, etc.), ensuring clarity and. completeness in project requirements.
  • Owned and prioritized the product backlog, creating detailed user stories to guide development.
  • Served as the representative in kickoff meetings with key service providers, alignment from project inception.
  • Acted as the primary point of contact to coordinate seamless integration of outsourced services with internal platforms, across both testing and production environments.
  • Led delivery meetings with clients to showcase developed features and gather feedback.
  • Developed and presented comprehensive training materials to support client and team adoption.
  • Created executive and evaluation reports to communicate project progress and insights.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle, from research and analysis to planning, roadmap development, and launch.
  • Convert product strategy into clear, detailed requirements for engineering teams.
  • Develop strategic product documents covering business cases, use cases, technical needs, and ROI.
  • Use market insights to shape sales strategies and define product goals for marketing.
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth development, QA, and product release.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates [Company X] across primary market segments

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Master or Bachelor’s Degree, Information Technology.
  • 5–10 years of experience in the same field.
  • Strong background in product management and full product lifecycle oversight.
  • Effective leader of cross‑functional teams with solid product marketing experience.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Previous hands‑on experience in software and web development.
  • Proven track record as a product developer.
  • Knowledgeable in SEM and online advertising.
