In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing obstacles, and ensuring the team stays on track to deliver high-quality projects on time. If you have a strong background in Scrum and a desire to drive continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily zoom meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings
• Coach team members on Agile principles and practices
• Remove impediments to the team's progress and escalate issues when necessary
• Track and report on team velocity and progress towards sprint goals
• Work closely with product owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog
  
  

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
• 2+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
