The Scrum Master facilitates the Scrum framework for one or more cross-functional teams spanning engineering, data science, MLOps, product, and testing functions, enabling them to self-organize and deliver AI-powered and digital fintech solutions effectively, This role ensures teams adhere to Scrum principles and practices while focusing on day-to-day sprint facilitation, removing impediments, tracking team metrics, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

What you will bring to the role:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred.
Experience
:

2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile development teams.

Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile principles.

Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
