Scrum Master

Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Scrum Master to work for our company.

Summary:

• Client Agency is the Customs & Border Protection
• Expected to track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress.
• Will convey and understand the importance of Product Increment and the Definition of Done.
• Will ensure the teams are practicing Agile principles as related to the IT engagement.
• Actively identifies and removes impediments in order to ensure that assigned sprints and projects are completed on time.
• Tracks and reports daily schedules.

Requirements:

• Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies).
• Must have Four (4) years of experience in an IT related field.
• Bachelor’s degree Required.
• Must have strong communication skills.

Additionally, IT-Strat has prime contracts with Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and many others. We maintain relationships with multiple large businesses.
