A Scrum Master facilitates the Scrum process, removes impediments, and ensures teams adhere to Agile principles for optimal performance.

1. Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
2. Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills
3. Experience with Scrum tools and techniques
4, Experience with budgeting and accounting operations
5. Experience in process improvement activities
