Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and driving continuous improvement across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

Guide teams in adopting and following Agile/Scrum best practices

Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution and delivery

Collaborate with Product Owners to manage product backlog and prioritization

Track and report team performance metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, etc.)

Promote continuous improvement and team collaboration

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment

Support Agile transformation and coach teams on Agile principles

Required Skills:

Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments

Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks

Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to resolve conflicts and remove blockers effectively

Preferred Skills:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM)

Experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments

Background in software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Experience working with distributed team

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
