Job Title : Specialist - Program & Project Management
Job Location : Tampa, Florida
- Primary skills RTEPM with strong skills in communication status report stakeholders’ management conflict management risk control and escalation
- Candidate must have exposure to Development projects
- 10 years of overall experience including work on Development projects
- Ability to manage a large team across multiple functional streams
- Good to have skills Aware of Cloud technologies CICD DevOps and Automation fundamentals
- Good to have certificates such as ITIL Certified preferred Certified Scrum Master
- Well versed with processes related to Development projects Stringent SLAs Development productivity value additions Technical debts Scrum framework and its rolesresponsibilities
- Well versed with Change management Releases and Deployments Good eye to debug the root cause and provide a temporary and permanent solution
- Candidate should come with excellent communication skills to coordinate with different stakeholders Technical and Business operations to provide and implement solutions
- Candidate should be well versed with Agile Development Methodology and should have handled delivery issues related to development projects
- Candidate should have client facing exposure and participated into periodic review calls with client
- Certification PMP Safe agile

Benefits
Compensation range: $90,032.00 to $134,200.00 per year
