The Role

• Coach a team to its highest performance levels, ensuring successful project delivery aligned with customer expectations.

• Ensure a clear understanding of Agile principles and approaches by the team and key stakeholders.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience in software development, digital strategies, analytics, or product management.

• Proven experience with Agile methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, or Kanban.

• Proficiency with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence, and Agile Metrics.

• A Secret security clearance is required.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
