Position Overview

The Scrum Master will enable cross‑functional team to deliver predictably and transparently, while proactively removing impediments and managing delivery risks. Working in Scrum with 2‑week sprints on Azure DevOps Boards, this role blends facilitation and coaching with delivery management, owning visibility, and release planning. The Scrum Master partners closely with engineering, product, other teams, and leadership to keep delivery on track and stakeholders informed.

What you’ll do as the Scrum Master:

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, daily scrum, reviews, retros and uphold 2‑week sprint cadence.
• Drive delivery predictability, maintain sprint scope discipline, monitor velocity, and reduce spillover.
• Own transparency via Azure DevOps Boards including workflows, backlogs, queries, dashboards, and sprint/epic reporting.
• Maintain risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies logs. Remove impediments quickly and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate release planning and dates, align dependencies with partner teams, and manage change impacts.
• Provide clear stakeholder communications on regular cadence.
• Strengthen process excellence, definition of done, working agreements, estimations, and
• continuous improvement actions from retros.

What you will bring to the team:

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for a cross‑functional software team.
• Strong grasp of Scrum fundamentals and practical delivery management. • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders, surface risks early, and provide actionable status.
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching. Calm under pressure with a bias for action.
• Comfortable configuring Azure DevOps Boards for sprint management, visibility, and reporting.
• Outstanding and compelling written and verbal communication skills
