We’re looking for a Scrum Master with 7+ years of experience supporting Agile teams and driving delivery across complex programs.

In this role, you will:

• Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Standups, Demos, Retros) for two teams
• Remove blockers and drive team alignment, flow, and delivery
• Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
• Maintain RAIDD log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions, Dependencies) and escalate as needed
• Track requirements via RTM to ensure alignment to business goals
• Own weekly status reporting for leadership (SteerCo/IPMO)
• Support stage gate reviews and deployment readiness
• Facilitate lessons learned and drive actionable improvements
• Collaborate across workstreams, leadership, and external partners

Who You Are:

• 7+ years of Scrum Master experience, supporting multiple teams
• Strong Agile knowledge (Scrum/Kanban)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with program reporting and governance
