We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and coach cross-functional Agile teams in delivering high-quality technology solutions across diverse environments. This role involves guiding teams through Agile best practices, facilitating key ceremonies, and ensuring seamless collaboration among stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and leads the implementation and continuous improvement of Agile practices within one or more cross-functional teams.
• Facilitates sprint planning, task definition, execution, impediment removal, and retrospectives to ensure efficient sprint cycles.
• Acts as a primary communication hub between product management, program stakeholders, and development teams to identify risks and organize activities for on-time sprint completion.
• Encourages transparency and trust by mediating discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution among team members.
• Collaborates with Product Owners and Managers to support release planning, maintain a healthy backlog, and prepare work for execution.
• Partners with program and release managers to coordinate production deployment activities.
• Develops, analyzes, and communicates team metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and cycle time to track Agile adoption and progress.
• Acts as a change agent by adapting processes to maximize team productivity.
• Ensures effective communication between the Agile team, Product Owner, and other Scrum teams, managing dependencies across teams.
• Coaches team members on user story sizing, acceptance criteria, and Agile practices.
• Supports production deployment activities and coordinates Scrum-of-Scrum meetings across multiple teams.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading Agile teams in a technology environment.
• Proven expertise in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or other Agile frameworks.
• Certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Agile development tools such as Jira, Rally, or VersionOne.
• Experience supporting Agile transformations and coaching teams on best practices.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and technical concepts.
• Strong relationship management skills and ability to influence across teams.
