Job Description

Join our team in Greenfield, IN, as a Scrum Master on a contract basis.

This role involves supporting a cross-functional team focused on enhancing manufacturing productivity through innovative technology use.

You'll guide Agile practices in a non-traditional IT environment, working with engineering and operations stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead sprint ceremonies including planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Coach team members on Agile principles tailored for manufacturing environments.

Identify and resolve blockers across engineering and operations teams.

Encourage data-driven decision making and test-and-learn approaches.

Guide effective use of innovation budget and resources.

Qualifications

Experience leading Agile teams as a Scrum Master.

Proven ability to coach Agile practices beyond software teams.

Strong facilitation and change coaching skills.

Experience with cross-functional, self-directed teams.

Comfortable working with engineering and operational stakeholders.
