Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Senior Project Manager to lead Agile technology initiatives focused on Salesforce development and enterprise applications within a fast-paced financial services environment.

Hiring: Scrum Master / Senior Project Manager

📍 Location: Owings Mills, MD (Hybrid)

📄 Duration: 6+ Months Contract with possible extension/conversion

Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Drive Salesforce-related technology initiatives and support release/deployment activities.
• Track project scope, timelines, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables.
• Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and help teams adopt Agile best practices.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Scrum Master and Agile project management experience.
• Experience managing Salesforce development or enterprise technology projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working in Financial Services, Banking, Asset Management, or FinTech environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CSM, SAFe, or Agile certification.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle, QA/testing, and production releases.
