  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with 6+ years of overall experience to lead Agile teams and drive successful delivery of high quality products. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who coaches teams, removes impediments, and ensures Agile best practices are followed across the organization.

  • The Scrum Master should have core competency and working experience on Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform, without which this role would not be possible.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

  • Coach multiple Scrum teams on Agile/Scrum values, principles, and practices

  • Remove impediments and help teams maintain focus on sprint goals

  • Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs and ensure well defined user stories

  • Promote continuous improvement and high team performance

  • Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and sprint progress

  • Engage with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment and transparency

  • Support scaling of Agile practices across programs or portfolios


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master

  • Strong hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile frameworks

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product, UX)

  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills

  • Proven ability to coach teams and foster a collaborative culture

  • Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master)

  • Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $36.17/hour - $56.52/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
